COLD
THERAPY
The jawRAP cold therapy source is a patented phase change material eliminating the danger of skin damage from traditional Ice Therapies. This has a surface temperature of about 50 degrees, which is ideal for “cold” therapy as opposed to “ice” therapy.

Traditional Ice Therapies can create temperatures that can be painful and cause skin damage. The jawRAP is notice therapy. Many “ice” therapy packets contain temperature suppressants that result in the “frozen” material being well below the water freezing temperature of 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
The phase change material in our koolPAK cold pack remains a powder when the internal phase change water is frozen (surface temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit). This results in a pliable powder that conforms to the shape of the face and provides better COLD THERAPY.
